The Client

Background

Wyndham Ion Majestic (WIM), is a luxurious 5-star hotel set in the renowned holiday destination of Genting Highlands in Pahang, Malaysia. It is the Highest Altitude Hotel in Malaysia, standing at an altitude of 6,150 feet. WIM is the first tower of Grand Ion Majestic (GIM, Development Value: USD336 million). It’s a 50-story hotel with 850 well-appointed spacious rooms and suites.

Like most world-class hotels and resorts, Wyndham Ion Majestic hotel pays attention on the details. Water experience and the related systems’ energy consumption are key processes. LEO offered a comprehensive solution of water supply and drainage pump systems whereby the hotel could benefit from the energy savings with optimal performance.

LEO Solution

A complete system audit was carried out by the service team from LEO Malaysia. During the comprehensive system audit, we worked with NCT Group to identify the exact demands of water management, energy saving, maintenance and etc.

To ensure the stable water supply and optimal operational efficiency, LEO’s comprehensive solution comprises 49 LVR Vertical Multistage Pumps, 14 WQ Submersible Sewage Pumps and our building water solution expertise.

By those pump systems, we enabled the water application to become more efficient. All pumps with IE3 motors and integrated smart controllers will provide energy savings as well as a cost reduction on maintenance.
