It's World Wetlands Day today!

It's time for wetland restoration to protect the greener future of our earth.

As one of the three major ecosystems on the earth, wetlands are not only the home of wild animals, but also have the functions of water storage and water purification.

Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, LEO pays attention to the protection and utilization of wetland water resources and provides safe and efficient pump & system solutions that contribute to the maintenance of wetland ecology.

Hereby, we appeal to everyone to do things we can to protect the wetlands.

Below are Things You Could Do To Help Our Wetlands:

Conserve Water

Turn off the tap when not in use and only use what you need.

Check pipes and fittings regularly for leaks.

Harvest rainwater.

- Use phosphate-free laundry and dishwasher detergents.Phosphates encourage algae growth, which can suffocate aquatic life.

- Use non-toxic products for household cleaning and lawn and garden care.

- Use native species when planting trees, shrubs and flowers to preserve the ecological balance of local wetlands.

- Use safe, sustainable and eco-aware methods of waste disposal. It will go a long way in protecting the wetlands.

Reduce the use of plastic, whether it is plastic water bottles or disposable plastic containers, straws and cutlery. Reuse and recycle to the maximum possible extent.

Pick up litter and dispose in appropriate trash containers.

- Participate in programs that help protect and restore wetlands.
